Dale Carnegie in his classic book How to Win Friends and Influence People which has sold over 15 million copies worldwide states not to criticize or condemn people. He further says not to complain against others. Carnegie says “Criticism is futile because it puts a person on the defensive and usually makes them strive to justify themselves.”
Criticizing others doesn’t yield anything positive. Instead it brings so many unpleasant outcomes. When dealing with people we should not forget that we are not dealing with machines but with living beings having emotions in which pride and ego predominate… Please read bmd January
